CLINIC INFORMATION:
This will not be a standard RAVS teaching clinic You will be part of a small team working on the reservation of the Rosebud Sioux Tribe (www.rosebudsiouxtribe-nsn.gov) providing high-quality high-volume spay neuter and wellness services.

VOLUNTEER NEEDS: 
Volunteers of all types are encouraged to apply. Veterinarians, veterinary technicians, assistants, and support volunteers are especially needed. Veterinary students and veterinary technician students are welcome to participate in wellness services and clinic support roles. 

ARRIVAL:
You must be ready to meet your group at the time and location indicated.  If you are flying into the area, you should plan to fly in the night before to avoid missing your team due to flight changes or other delays. You will be responsible for coordinating your own ground transportation throughout the clinic.  

Please note that volunteers accepted to the trip will receive trip details and RAVS current COVID safety protocol to assist with planning.

DEPARTURE:
October 31st will be the last working day of the trip. Departure time will be dependent on case load and community needs, but we can expect to leave the community in the evening on the 31st. Flights may be booked out anytime November 1. You will be responsible for arranging your own accommodations prior to and after the arrival and departure times (October 25 and 31). November 1 is considered a travel day.

ACCOMMODATIONS:  
Sleeping arrangements will involve indoor camping in the clinic building or another local building provided by the community. Details on outdoor camping or other lodging options will be provided to team members as available.

CONTINUING EDUCATION:
This clinic is not eligible for RACE approved CE credit.
