February 19-27, 2010

THIS TRIP IS FULL FOR ALL POSITIONS.
NO ADDITIONAL APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED.

Dr. Susan Monger will be conducting a surgical teaching clinic at UAGRM Veterinary University. This will NOT be a high volume clinic. This clinic will concentrate on enhancing surgical skill for Bolivian faculty and final year veterinary students at UAGRM Veterinary College in Santa Cruz, Bolivia.

A small number of U.S. veterinary students will be accepted to participate as part of this team and will act primarily as veterinary assistants. This will be an excellent opportunity to broaden your cultural and educational experience is a great opportunity for clinical and cultural exchange.

Students should have experience and must have participated in at least one U.S. RAVS clinic prior to applying for this trip. Spanish language skill is strongly encouraged.

Due to the logistical confinements of the trip, all volunteers will be required to cover all expenses of their trip - including transportation, food and lodging.

If you are interested in participating in both Bolivian clinics, please submit an application for each university.

For more information contact Dr. Monger directly (s_monger@yahoo.com).
